Live In Care

St VieveHealthcare offers a wide range of Live In Care services that are delivered by fully vetted, highly trained, and certified professionals. We provide Domiciliary Homecare packages tailored to each individual client, ranging from 30-minute blocks to full 24-hour care.

We understand that each client has unique needs and capabilities, so we’ll discuss your needs and desired outcomes with you and offer a variety of services to help you maintain your independence and the comfort of your own home without putting yourself in danger. We’ll conduct a thorough assessment of your needs and capabilities to ensure that all of your requirements are met.

We can connect you with providers of the services you require, such as:

  • Bill payment and paperwork completion. 
  • Cleaning, changing bedding, and doing laundry are examples of domestic tasks. 
  • Assisting the client in attending social and community events. 
  • Shopping and doing errands. 
  • Attending doctor’s visits or being discharged from the hospital. 
  • Making meals or drinks and snacks. 
  • Assistance with drug retrieval and administration. 
  • Services for Continuity Management. 
  • Bathing and personal hygiene assistance. 
  • Assist with dressing and undressing. 
  • Sleepover or waking night care

An example of Live In Care​;

One of the local commissioning groups referred Mr. X to St Vieve Healthcare Healthcare. He required immediate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.

Our assessment team contacted Mr. X’s NOK right away and scheduled an initial assessment and risk assessment. The team spoke with Mr. X and gathered all pertinent information. We created an individualized care plan that was tailored to Mr. X’s needs and preferences. Services provided included assistance with washing and dressing, cooking and feeding, and mobility. The goal was to allow Mr. X to live independently in his home while also ensuring his and others’ safety. 

Following the selection of Mr. X’s preferred carers, a brief meeting was held with the carers in which the registered manager discussed his care plan and the carers’ expectations of Mr. X. The rota for the week and subsequent weeks was created, and the caregivers received all necessary information, including care notes, on their mobile apps. Mr. X was on medication, so the team contacted his doctor to arrange for a blister pack for safe medication administration. Mr. X was added to our electronic call monitoring system, which allows us to track our caregivers’ attendance, completion of all tasks, and medication administration.
